Importance:
This is an example of one of the more than 60 courses I have developed for higher ed clients since 2015. This is a three-course certificate program targeting working professionals. I created a dysfunctional fictional organization called Need4Change that recently transitioned to a fully remote workforce model. Students had to diagnose the problems at N4C and make recommendations to enhance productivity and morale.

Accelerated end-to-end course design of a trio of four three-week online courses, including SME and project management, development of multimedia content, resource identification, activity and assessment development (and accompanying rubrics), and LMS implementation.
